Tailored services and project management to help your charity overcome hurdles and scale its impact.

Outgrowing your current systems?

Your impact has expanded, but your processes, compliance, and governance haven't caught up. I help you build robust operational foundations for the next stage of growth.

Critical projects, zero bandwidth?

You have vital initiatives to deliver—from building projects to operational restructures—and need a safe pair of hands to take them from concept to completion.

Operational friction slowing you down?

When admin, logistics, and compliance drain your energy, I streamline your workflows so your team can get back to delivering your core purpose.
